Sean Hotchkiss joins us for this session, and he had a ton to unpack on the show: his journey through self-discovery and acceptance, writing stories as a means of survival, and a therapeutic technique we can all use to play golf with a younger version of ourselves. Sean is a former magazine writer, who now runs a life coaching practice, and the three of us learned so much from how rawly and candidly he carries himself. Like a lot of our guests, Sean hit the pause button on golf for a period in his life, but he's recently picked the clubs back up. In his words, he feels younger when he plays golf now, than when he was playing as a kid.
