When our world is upside down and it seems like chaos is all we deal with, when it seems like we can’t catch a break because life is kicking our butt, James says, “Ask God for wisdom.” He has already told his readers that troubles will come, and now he says, “When trouble comes, ask God for wisdom.” For someone to have wisdom, they have to experience something, then, once on the other side of the storm, they have dealt with the issue, they have endured, and now they can help others who are fa...

April 08, 2024 01:00 - 36 minutes - 33.8 MB

James just tells us like it is in his letter and he doesn’t waste any time getting started! He is writing to the Jewish Christians who have been scattered because of persecution. He tells them to consider what they are going through and let it build their endurance. In fact, the word “consider” actually means to be a leader during the hard times. March 21, 2024 17:00 - 58 minutes - 53.3 MB

There were two guys names Jesus when Jesus the Messiah was on trial before Pilate: Jesus the Messiah and Jesus Barabbas. Jesus Barabbas' name means "Son of the Father" which is ironic when Jesus the Messiah is THE Son of the Father! Jesus Barrabas was a murderer for he had risen up against the Roman government to over throw it but was unsuccessful in his attempt; captured and jailed for killing. Jesus the Messiah was 100% innocent, he has done nothing wrong, and the religious leaders has been...

February 29, 2024 18:00 - 59 minutes - 54.7 MB
