Have you experienced multiple losses of loved ones? Every individual grieving process teaches us something new and enhances our appreciation for life.

In this episode, I am excited to be joined by Emily Thiroux Threatt. After losing her first and second husband, her sister, her father, her mother, and more family members, Emily has experienced an overwhelming amount of grief in her life. Despite her losses, Emily has shared what she has learned about the grieving process and how she still lives with optimism and joy in her book, Loving and Living Your Way Through Grief: A Comprehensive Guide to Reclaiming and Cultivating Joy and Carrying on in the Face of Loss. Writing throughout her grieving process taught Emily about the different lessons that each loss taught her and helped her to move forward in her life. Today, Emily is on a mission to comfort and support those that are experiencing grief and to guide them towards happiness through her support groups and her upcoming podcast.
