Everything Diana knows about American football (aka gridiron) she learnt from watching Friday Night Lights and highlights of Tom Brady playing in the Super Bowl. Ok just Tom Brady generally let's be honest.

But in the spirit of our cross-cultural knowledge odyssey, we spend time chatting with Coach Phil Keys - a man who Donald regards as family for the integral part he played in mentoring, guiding and teaching Donald the finer points of the game and more importantly, what it means to share triumphs, losses and overcoming challenges with a team.

Coach Keys is an esteemed teacher and former head coach at Friends University and a Kansas City Chiefs fan to the core. He chats about the origins of Super Bowl, the 54th Super Bowl between his beloved Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers,  how Americans like to mark it (hint: it's more than a one-day affair) and why football brings people together.
