We sit down with our accountant, and owner of Moxy Accounting in Portland Oregon, Katye Maxon-Landis to pick her brain about what it takes to play by the rules, pay your taxes and make it in this cut throat industry. We cover several topics such as how keeping costs and overhead as low as possible gives us small farmers a very necessary competitive edge and the benefits of running a regenerative system that stacks lifestyle needs as well as business needs.
