Episode 8 - Portainer

In this episode I talk with Neil Cresswell, Co-Founder of Portainer. Portainer works by hiding the complexity that makes managing containers hard behind an easy to use GUI. By negating the need for users to use CLI, write YAML or understand manifests, Portainer makes deploying apps and troubleshooting problems simple. Neil and I talk about how he saw an opportunity with containers that was well ahead of the current Kubernetes wave and how he focused on reducing complexity around containers.
