Great Minds Think Differently

5 episodes - English - Latest episode: almost 2 years ago - ★★★★★ - 4 ratings

Welcome to the Great Minds Think Differently podcast where we interview business leaders from underrepresented groups (racial/gender minorities, immigrants and LGBTQ+) to share stories of their upbringing, discuss how the environment shaped their choices, their unique career journey, and how they make crucial decisions. These people are change agents. These people often don't follow the rules of what society would consider as the norm and are at times considered outliers and others. They have had to overcome systematic challenges to accomplish their achievement and are often the ones who pioneer moonshot innovations, creative businesses and push the boundaries that change our communities and the world.
