On this episode, the Grand Rapids Community College Raiders volleyball team won their regional championship last weekend in Port Huron, Michigan punching their way into the national tournament. Next week, they’ll be heading to Charleston, West Virginia for the national tournament. We’ll break down the team’s performance from regionals and highlight the players that stepped up.

In the NFL, the New Orleans Saints made a splash on Wednesday, signing the much maligned wide receiver Dez Bryant to a one-year deal. Bryant has been out of the league for the entire 2018 season but will now get a chance to play the second half, including a game against his former Cowboys’ team. We’ll discuss if this was the right choice by the Saints’ organization to sign such a polarizing player.

The Detroit Lions dropped to 3-5 after a tough loss to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. Earlier in the week, Matt Patricia criticized a reporter for not sitting straight up in his seat when asking questions.
