Paul Graham, a venture capitalist, calls it "Top idea in mind." Our mind can store enormous amount of data. But it can hold only few ideas on the top of the mind. Our mind will drift to those ideas when we take a walk or a shower.

If you want to achieve something, then you need to keep that goal in the top of your mind. Only then you can think of many ways of achieving it, or who can help you get it, or how you can break that goal into small daily actions and so on. If your mind is crowded, you'll not hit the target.

I have suffered from the disease of crowded mind. I have designed a system to keep myself focused.
