004 - Westfall Woes

Correction:

Episode 3:

- Hunters: In Stormwind there is `/way Stormwind 71.6 72.1 Spectral Gryphon Feather` that can spawn a hunter pet that can be tamed by level 45 hunters.
- Also behind Stormwind there is an area with waterfalls with several interesting NPCs. Including Jeremiah Seely who say's he wrote Tome of the Clear Mind. Turp and Roo have a tent setup with their corgis Tof and Nom. And lastly at the top of the waterfalls is a house surrounded by sheep including an exploding sheep named Tekton which is also tameable for hunters at `/way 50.4 14.1 Tekton` make sure you use freezing trap or bring a druid friend to use entangling roots on it so he doesn't blow up and throw you off the side of the hill... not that I would know from experience on my hunter. Also amusingly Agee Tyler will come out and yell at you for messing with his sheep.

* Westfall Chicken - Head to `/way 56.0 31.3 Farmer Saldean` to pickup Special Chicken Feed. Then find a Chicken non-battle pet and target them. Make a macro with the `/chicken` in it. Don't bother including more than one emote because it'll only process one at a time. Spam that macro until you see in your chat window 'Chicken looks up at you quizzically. Maybe you should inspect it?' The chicken will give you the quest CLUCK! Turn in the quest with the Special Chicken Feed and the Chicken will drop an egg on the ground. Pick it up and you've learned Westfall chicken.

If you can run The Deadmines as any class run it as a rogue and if you don't have a Green Wing Macaw battle pet yet I'll cross my fingers that one drops for you.

* If you just kill Glubtok at 50+ you can one shot him and don't worry about the mechanics. But if you're at level you'll have to dodge the firewall that he casts.

* [Rat Pack](https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=5367/rat-pack) (10) - Kill 20 Mine Rats during the Helix Gearbreaker encounter in Deadmines on Heroic Difficulty.

* Create a macro to target the mine rats and kill 20 of them. The addon Instance Achievement Tracker will keep track of the rats for you.

* When the Lumbering Oaf picks you and and runs into things the rats will spawn.

* [Prototype Prodigy](https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=5368/prototype-prodigy) (10) - Keep the Prototype Reaper from falling below 90% health at any time before the Foe Reaper 5000 is defeated in Deadmines on Heroic Difficulty.

* I brought the Prototype Reaper down to the boss exited the vehicle and killed the boss.

Outlaw Rogues w/ Green Wing Macaw: After killing Foe Reaper head down to /way 36.5 17.0 there is a ghostly parrot there. Once your pet is out you'll have an extra ability button pop up with a grappling hook on it. Once you grapple up the wall go to the end of the hallway and talk to Captain Bramblebeard. You'll need to collect 100 Bloodied Defias Bandanas. And you'll get an [Ensemble: Blackened Defias Armor](https://www.wowhead.com/item=142273/ensemble-blackened-defias-armor)

* [It's Frost Damage](https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=5369/its-frost-damage) (10) - Allow three Freezing Vapors to cast Coalesce during the Admiral Ripsnarl encounter in Deadmines on Heroic Difficulty.

* You have to reduce your damage a whole bunch. One way to do it is to use the toy **Whole Body Shrinka** you can buy it as a horde from Ravika `/way #463 57.6 62.2 Ravika` she's on the echo isles on the southern end of Durotar. It can be used by either faction though.

* [I'm on a Diet](https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=5370/im-on-a-diet) (10) - Do not gain more than one stack of Nauseated during the Cookie encounter in Deadmines on Heroic Difficulty.

* Just Kill Cookie quickly. If you're over 50 it's an easy one shot

* [Vigorous VanCleef Vindicator](https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=5371/vigorous-vancleef-vindicator) (10) - Engage Vanessa VanCleef within 5 minutes of being inflicted with the Nightmare Elixir in Deadmines on Heroic Difficulty.

* Just fight your way back to Vanessa VanCleef as quickly as possible. with a 50+ you'll be able to get there no problem. Make sure you don't fall into the water though.

Take place in South West Feralas. `/way 54.3 74.0` if you stand next to the eggs in the nest you will be able to click on it after there is a blue question mark on it. You'll get a buff to have a baby hippogryph on your shoulder.

If you head to `/way 54.6 71.8` you can kill Lorthalium for a Spectral Feather and that buff will last 5 days. The hippogryph will make different emotes as you walk around. The buff also persists through death.

I will always wear the Death Stalker on my night elf druid main to keep my connection to my first horde alt, a forsaken shadow priest named Deathh, who I sadly rarely play these days

@onlyindweebs - The Insane Title, back when you had to farm Shendra'lar rep and the old school Darkmoon Faire rep, turning in decks of cards for rep. That was a PITA! These insane kids these days don't know how easy they have it :P
