Tracy Skinner aka Sister Loosy of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence

Tracy Skinner is the Head of the Las Vegas Branch of The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. He founded The Sisters Aids Drug Assistance program (SADAP). Its a program dedicated to taking the money they raise and providing assistance for anyone that is in need of getting HIV AIDS medication. They have raised and given back to the community of $775k! For those that don’t know The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence (https://www.thesisters.org/) is an order of 21st century nuns, dedicated to the promulgation of omniversal joy and the expiation of stigmatic guilt.
