As an entrepreneur since the age of 27 she has created a multitude of businesses ranging from creating one of the most successful competition dance teams in Houston in the early nineties to her latest embarkment which is the creation of her Stretch Your Lifestyle Brand. SYL …is a Mindset that includes stretch videos, blog, podcast and live show streaming. Did I mention she is a Century 21 Realtor?? She is extremely comfortable with idea that you can do and have it all. Its evident by the way she lives.

“I have never been one to live by the expectations that are in place by society…Who says 50 year olds can’t be fit, youthful, and current? ” As a Houstonian ..growing up and classically training in all genres of dance since the age of 6. I knew very early I would one day teach. I also learned about the significance of hard work and dedication. So it is no surprise I am still teaching at my age . I am one of the current Directors of the Dance Vault in the Woodlands where I reside with my sixteen year old son. I travel to Mexico to teach dance on a National Convention Circuit. I am also an avid runner and extreme foodie.

My Stretch Your Lifestyle BRAND is my new passion. Through my live shows and podcasts I hope to reach a multitude of people. My hopes include that SYL ..my brand encourages people of all ages to be brave and stretch all the areas of their life to its fullest potentials. Being fit and promoting a heathy lifestyle is just the obvious for me. The real message behind my brand is to influence positive change everyday. Thats my calling. Your Lifestyle , Your Mindset, Your Life all encompassed and stifled by the conforming ideas placed us by society. Im a very proud 5’4 hispanic woman, single mom, who is unafraid and passionate to influence others to live outside the box of society’s expectations.
