023 - The Spectacular Canada Day Spectacular

Doc, VF and Nickel all take a quick break from their jovial Canada Day celebrations to sit down and talk comics.  The episode starts out with some hockey talk, tales from camping, and a quick Musings of a Geek podcast network update, before unrapidly proceeding to the inappropriately named "Rapid-Fire Review" segment.  In this episode, the guys at Graphic Novice look at Crossed Badlands #56, All-Star Western #32, Batman #32, Batman Eternal #12, My Little Pony Friendship is Magic #20, Deadly Class #6, Fuse #5, Outcast #1, Peter Panzerfaust #19, Saga #20, Trees #2, Undertow #5, Amazing Spider-Man #3, Guardians of the Galaxy #16, New Avengers #20, Uncanny Avengers #21, Wolverine #9, and X-Force #6. Doc sneaks in a review of Revenge #1-4, and there is some brief discussions on Grayson #1, Image comics, and some uninformed but short debate on the future of single issue comics rightt before the guys look at the books coming out July 2 and say their goodbyes.  Happy Canada Day and have a great 4th.
