In western society, work is so often something that we use to justify our right to be here. Think about it - what's one of the first questions someone asks you after you meet them? "What do you do?" It's an innocent question, but sometimes you cant help but feel like you have to justify what you do as if your job reflects on your value as a person. "I'm just a stay at home mom" or "I'm just a grocery store clerk" etc. But we've elevated the value in our work to be on par with the value of our beings and that is precisely opposite from what God values in us. While He does put us to work in our lives, it isn't who we are. Listen in as Pastor Paul continues with our series on Faith & Work.
