God uses the 10 plagues, not just so that God can show Pharoh whose boss, but He will use them to remind the Israelites who He is and what He can do.

And this wasn't His "back-up plan" when Pharoh didn't agree to let the Israelites go right out of the gate. God actually hardened Pharoh's Himself!

God intends for His power to be on display, not just for His enemies, but for His own people to see.
