Women today are lucky because they have so many platforms on which they can tell their stories.  Storytelling elevates women's voices and gives them more power and influence over the messages they want to send. It improves literacy in many aspects of life, a critical skill for women who want to lead. 


However, there are stories that women keep to themselves, stories of pain, stories of difficulties and failures. These kinds of stories, though, are the stories that need to be told so that other women can learn from them. Such stories bring empowerment and inspiration. By openly discussing our mistakes, we provide an opportunity for other women to learn from them, ensuring that those errors are not repeated in their journeys.
