Do you believe that there are really inherently lazy people? People are not biologically wired to do as little as possible, but yes there is a small fraction of people who are really lazy. Laziness, though, is not a personality flaw but forced out of habit. People don’t actively participate in work because they are demotivated or some other reasons. In addition, there are also many management flaws that need to be addressed, so that laziness, disengagement, and disconnection among team members won't progress.
