Our service for Jesus must never become the main thing. Jesus himself is the point. He is the bread of life that came down from heaven. He has the words of life. The excellent way is to order our lives and our service so that we are not distracted away from him. Our service is excellent to the degree that it flows from and leads to simple and pure devotion to him. At Grace Community Church, we value excellence and simplicity in ministry for the purpose of exalting Jesus as Lord and living fully devoted to him.
