At a wedding with his disciples, Jesus turned water into wine. This was his first sign. The miracle Jesus performed was significant because in it he communicated what is true about himself. Jesus is superior. He is the fulfillment of all that came before him, the final Word, the sure Way, the complete Truth, and the gift of Life. This is the glory of Jesus. On that day, his followers further believed in him. Today, may we see the glory of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. Let us, too, believe in him.
