In this video I share a secret I am using to find super valuable virtual land. I do consider myself an outside the box thinker but also I have been in real estate for 20 years, so the thought occurred to me as I scouted virtual lands that were already snatched up...what about all the commercial construction that was halted due to the. A couple things I consider.

1. Commercial Construction has been hit hard before during and after the pandemic, but it WILL be rebounding in 2022-2024, so look for properties that will house lots of people giving them outdoor living space to shop, entertainment spots and more that are halted but will be finished.
2. People will not all go back to work in the office, it is true that people are moving out now that their work has permanently gone remote, so they are buying homes with home offices, building extensions, garage into office and basement remodels. So they will want to get out of the house and do things, walk, run, entertain etc.
