Peace, love, soul, and good news.

Dr. Juli Slattery is a clinical psychologist, author of Rethinking Sexuality: God's Design and Why It Matters, speaker, and president/co-founder of Authentic Intimacy. From writing to teaching, and co-hosting on different platforms, Dr. Slattery has devoted much of her life to helping people understand and reclaim God’s design for sexuality. She earned her college degree at Wheaton College, an MA in psychology from Biola University, and an MS and a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology.

From 2008-2012, Dr. Slattery served at Focus on the Family writing, teaching, and co-hosting the Focus on the Family Broadcast. In 2012, she decided to pioneer Authentic Intimacy, a ministry focused on "sexual discipleship" for people of a variety of ages. Through her ministry, Dr. Slattery and her team answer questions and teach God's truth about sexual issues, and provide practical content on sexuality and intimacy for small groups, communities, and conferences.

With multiple books, webinars, and a weekly podcast called Java with Juli, Dr. Slattery has helped many find clarity and truth on issues surrounding sexuality. But away from work, Dr. Slattery is a fast-swimming mom of three, married to her husband Mike, and a homebound explorer of Akron, Ohio.
