I think y'all know what I mean. That wall, that feeling, that voice. That thing that just stops us in our tracks and tells us "I'm done. I can't do this anymore."


How do we fight that? How do we keep moving when we feel that wall every Monday morning? Every afternoon? 


Hitting the wall sometimes means kicking it down and pressing forward, even if there's another wall, another disappointment, another "I can't do this" moment. Step forward. One more time.
