Brian and Roger talked about all that went down the last few weeks in Port St. Lucie, including such storylines as 'Steven Matz: Shark Hunter', 'Just Kidding About that Extension: The Neil Walker Story', 'Continue Praying For David Wright", and "Zack Wheeler: Not a Ghost?'

Then Brian finally got around to talking about his Hardball Times article about which inflated numbers put up by the Las Vegas 51s to look for when determining who the next Michael Confortos are and who will become the next...well, they say you shouldn't speak ill of those who recently went from hitting clean-up to playing in Japan...

The esteemed Marc Carig of Newsday chatted with the guys of Good Fundies. He talked about the atmosphere right now down in Mets camp, the value of team chemistry, why the club is sticking with Travis d'Arnaud over signing Matt Wieters, and what Sandy Alderson meant when he said the Mets are "all in." He also spoke of baseball and its soul.

In the mail segment, Brian got into an argument with a small child over whether or not he is the beloved 'SNL' character Debbie Downer.

Then finally came the debut of a new segment from Mike, the Good Fundies Bronx correspondent. He gave the guys a glimpse into the mind of a fan of that other professional baseball team based in New York. (Relax, it was only for 60 seconds.)
