Sales psychology isn’t always harmful and predatory; it’s just human behaviour. However, many online business owners use slimy sales tactics within a sales call which they masquerade as a free strategy session or discovery call, to make their potential customers feel like they can only say yes and pass over their hard-earned cash then and there. You are regarded as a number in their bank account and not a human being. 

 

In this episode, I share with you two real-life scenarios of icky sales calls that happened to Good Authority listeners and I also share with you my own personal horror sales call story from back when I started my online business.
