On November 8th, 2001 a woman was sentenced to life imprisonment because the Justice believed that she had a lack of remorse for the murder that she had committed. The Justice also refused to set a fixed term on how long the woman had to wait to apply for parole and actually insisted that her papers be marked “never to be released”.
