Anthony Holder is Corp/Director Of Golf Operations at Horseshoe Bay Resort & Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Holder thrives on being a coach and mentor to the team. He leads with the belief that with a well-built team and a coach who genuinely cares about the success for each individual (in/out of the workplace) that any goal is achievable. This type of work environment creates a culture of hospitality that is unparalleled. A self-starter who loves finding creative solutions to overcome barriers in the workplace, Holder's key objective is to exceed the expectations of owners, guests/members, associates, and family on a daily basis. Holder joined Horseshoe Bay Resort in 2017 after a three-year run as General Manager/Director of Golf at The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa. Holder ran golf operations for a variety of renowned luxury resorts in the Palm Springs starting in 2004.
