I met Ed through my previous golf gig at Golficity.com. Even though we've only played a round and a half of golf together, time spent with Ed is always time well spent.
In 2020, Ed has started a new feature for Golficity called Main Course. As a self-professed "foodie", Ed is going to spend the year highlighting different food and drinks at golf courses throughout the Midwest.
We talk about his new project, last year's "Duffs to Darts" effort, and what he loves so much about the game of golf.
