BIO:
Lauren Chu is from Toronto, Ontario and spends most of her time hiking and biking in Canada and beyond. She is a part-time artist (recreating landscapes from places she’s been), runs a blog called The Ridgeline Report (motivating you to get outside and go already!), and works for a travel company called Live Out Loud Adventures that leads hiking trips around the world. Her goal is to encourage people to spend more time outdoors. She believes through active travel and adventure, you can do something awesome for your body and your brain.
