Over the past several months I have found myself wanting to be outside more, that coupled with the tumultuous, cultural, and societal landscape that we're currently experiencing along with the oversaturated noisy online world, has led me to feeling a bit burnout as we approach the mid-year mark for 2022.

But instead of just telling myself to suck it up buttercup, go harder, and just overcome the burnout, I actually let myself slow down in order to speed up and get better results. So in this episode I'm going to share with you the benefits of allowing yourself to do just that.
