The Montreal podcast that asks the cast of “The Adoption”: What’s a story of you being romantically rejected? That question submitted by fellow Montreal Fringe performer Leighland Beckman back in episode 256.

The St-Ambroise Montreal Fringe Festival is in full effect with A-Z programming starting TODAY! The Fringe Park is open, shows are happening live and in person and it is really starting to feel like festival season is finally back in Montreal after 2 long years of being (somewhat) muted by that pesky global pandemic.

About “The Adoption”

The Adoption is the story of a young person who chooses to become a solo parent to an adopted child – a decision that ripples through their chosen family circle. This play is a short comedy that highlights rituals of belonging, gender-neutral parenting and the dynamic of self-determination and community interdependence.
