This week, Carla and I speak about some of the modifications available with Intermittent Fasting to kick-start weight loss, or just to explore how our bodies react to different lengths of fasts.  I talk about my results from June with two 40 hr fasts each week and explain my upcoming experiment with an egg fast.  Carla is seeing results in her clothing, and she's liking what she sees.
