This week I chat with Sara and Tamie about their fitness routines, which both involve the gym, but in practice are very different.  Sara is settling into a weekly routine that includes school for the kids along with work and workouts for her.  She is even noticing some difference in the mirror.  Tamie talks about her ongoing fitness challenge and we frame other goals around challenges.  We discuss how Weight Watchers structures their maintenance program and I suggest some motivating change-ups.
