Gluten-free expert, author, coach and advocate Jules Shepard hosts a weekly show offering news, interviews with intriguing guests, gluten-free baking tips and otherwise lively conversation.
The Olympics, Wimbledon, the Tour de France ... recent athletic competitions have brought gluten and athletes to the forefront of the conversation, again. Is a gluten-free diet  beneficial to athletic performance, even if the athlete is not gluten sensitive or celiac? Which prominent athletes are discovering their gluten sensitivity and how?
During the show, Jules will talk with gluten-free endurance athlete Peter Bronski, co-author of the just-released book, The Gluten-Free Edge: A Nutrition and Training Guide for Peak Athletic Performance and an Active Gluten-Free Life.  Fellow celiac, Peter is also founder of the blog, No Gluten, No Problem, and the coauthor of two cookbooks, including Artisanal Gluten-Free Cooking, which just came out in its second edition. He is an Athlete for Awareness for the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness.
