If you thought you’d have to say goodbye to authentic, fresh pasta after a celiac diagnosis, Caitlin Varela, aka The Celiac in Italy, is hosting a pasta making class straight from her kitchen in Florence, Italy!


Her fresh gluten free pasta recipe is simple enough for anyone to follow! Minimal ingredients and equipment needed (no pasta machine), just be prepared to get your hands messy!


The class will be held Saturday, February 5th at 12 pm EST. During the virtual cooking class together, you will learn all the best-kept Italian secrets to making perfect fresh pasta, but without all the gluten! She'll walk you through each step and you will have her at your disposal for any questions.
