When it comes to hormone health, a huge part of regaining balance is to give your daily environment a thorough inspection. From the water you drink, products you place on your skin, quality of your living quarters and technology you expose yourself to, these practises can play a positive role or cause issues with your cycles, skin, moods, weight, energy and sooo much more. 

I know it can be confusing. I remember back to my early studying days and I was dubbed a hippy when it came to what I was eating and placing on my skin... but I was still binge drinking most weekends.
