With over 13 years of experience in domestic and international media markets, she has worked with renowned companies such as Comedy Central, BT Group, and Warner Brothers.

Throughout her career, Pola has always been passionate about leveraging data to make informed business decisions. This passion has now led her to join Poland's PlumResearch, an independent company dedicated to providing reliable insights and analytics to the global entertainment industry.
