The previous years led us to evaluate where the leadership space is really at. Through the actions and decisions that we and leaders of humanity made, we saw what’s been good for our world and the changes that need to happen.

In this episode, I’ll share the reflections, insights, and actions I got from the Global Human Intelligence podcast episode with my good friend Samantha Riley. In the course of our discussion, it dawned on me that there is an increasing demand to have new and intentional conversations at humanity’s table.

These conversations should include people who are distinct from us; those who think, look and act differently from us. When we acknowledge distinctions at the table, we begin looking at the bigger picture and formulate bigger visions.

There are numerous conversations that we can start with anyone and anywhere, but we have to know, what is our intention with it. We should strive to have intentional conversations that can add value to the table and hopefully stir up the change that we want to see.
