As we progress into the future, we see humanity breaking up into more forms of minorities. The reason behind this is that people and our leaders don’t commit to making decisions that can narrow humanity’s divide.

If we really want to see changes happening not only for our generation but more so for the future, we need to develop courage and start engaging in uncomfortable conversations.

We should challenge leaders to look at problems from various lenses so, they make better decisions that will benefit all of humanity.
