In this week’s episode of the Glam & Grow podcast, we chat with Richard Henne, co-founder of Ivory Ella.

Ivory Ella is an e-commerce apparel brand with the mission to provide high-quality clothing for a good cause. Every purchase includes a donation of at least 10% to charity, with donations on some pieces of up to 50%.

The brand’s main partner is Save the Elephants. During the episode, Richard explains how the brand first started partnering with Save the Elephants by donating $20,000 of its profits to them. We also learn more about the charity and what Ivory Ella has accomplished for them.

Richard discusses how he co-founded Ivory Ella with five others by bonding over memes on Twitter. He explains how the group worked out who was delegated what in the company and how the team works together.

We also learn the importance of social media for the brand and how the team picks up on trends and uses them for its marketing efforts.

The episode wraps up with Richard discussing what the brand’s goals are for 2021.
