What Healthcare M&A looked like in 2023, and what could be in store this year

There were 65 hospital and health system M&A deals announced last year, an increase from 53 in 2022. The rise  reflects a growing momentum following a pandemic-related slow down, according to a recent report from Kaufman Hall.
