Welcome to episode 26!

Today we speak to Farah Kabir and Sarah Welsh, Co-Founders of HANX . The first Condom brand designed by Women, for Women in mind.

HANX has already been featured in Marie Claire, The Guardian, Stylist & other publications - and it’s being recognised for smashing the stigma!

“We wanted to make condoms that we would be proud to buy, use and have in our bags and bathrooms. Ones that are natural. That smell nice. With beautiful packaging. Premium but discrete. Condoms that everyone would be happy to be seen with.”

Farah was an investment banker & Sarah was a gynaecology doctor, they both decided to quit their job a year ago and since then they have been launching HANX.

We discuss how they came up with the idea of the brand & the name HANX -

“We both used to call it Hanky Panky, so thought let’s shorten that to HANX”

The challenges of starting a business, the research and development stage to bringing the idea to life.

We then discuss exciting plans for 2018 with the hint of new products & taking the brand to different countries in Europe and the US.

HANX is a startup to follow, they have built a brand that is addressing an issue in cultures across the world and are currently the only brand doing this in Europe.
