Ep 246: Championship flights in Kraft’s Patriot plane, advise from Jerry Rice & Blitz Champz w/ Adrienne Smith “Girl, Play Football”

The ladies had the pleasure of having professional football player & entrepreneur, Adrienne Smith on the show.  Adrienne is a Champion Football Player, both tackle & flag, amongst her many accolades is a 2x Women’s football Gold Medalist & 3x National Champ.  Her most recent championship just took place at the end of July, and Adrienne’s team, the Boston Renegades, where the team was flown in Robert Kraft’s Patriots team plane.  Mr. Kraft even offered the plane to them himself.  Adrienne shares with Mo & Mel, growing up playing football with her cousins, loving all sports but ultimately deciding on football as her way to go.  She is first woman to score a touchdown in the American Football Women’s World Championship!  But Adrienne isn’t just a football player, she is also the founder of Blitz Champz, a football-themed card game for kids & families, Gridiron Queendom, a sports media enterprise dedicated to women & girls worldwide who play tackle or flag football & co-founder of Harlem Hip-Hop tours, a company that provides “edutainment” field trips for schools & youth groups. Plus we hear about how she was able to have some football advise from HOF Jerry Rice.

Plus Mo & Mel bring the latest Sneaker Drops with a twist of some interesting fashion.  And even though the Olympics is blocking us from showing clips in our live stream (hence why some of the show has been edited from the video) we hear some hilarious Olympic commentary from Leslie Jones of SNL.  And Mel is READY for the first preseason game here in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium with her Seahawks and Mo’s Raiders!  Its a sports filled weekend, especially with the ladies of the Las Vegas Aces (and rest of WNBA) returning to their season after the Olympic break.
