The COVID-19 impact on sports episode!
The ladies have never had so much breaking news occur during one LIVE show than they had tonight. Joined by former NBA player CJ Watson, to talk about his Quiet Storm Foundation & his newest children’s book release “CJ’s Big Project” following up his “CJ’s Big Dream” book. The show definitely was unplanned as the ladies & CJ addressed just how this Coronavirus has changed Sports as we know it! From the players, the league, the staff & workers along with the Media personnel, with NBA Player Rudy Gobert testing positive for the virus, and games then the season being suspended until further notice, everyone is in shock as to how this all spiraled out of control in the matter of a hour or two. NCAA Tournaments will not have fans (if even continue to be played, TBD) and other major sports games have been cancelled, rescheduled and even left to be without the fans in attendance all over the country.

The ladies do get the chances to chat with CJ about his inspiration for his series of books that he has wrote, his growing up and being born & raised in Las Vegas, a Bishop Gorman Alumni & his time from being undrafted out of college to then going for 10years in the league. CJ also shares some more personal stories of players he shared the court with, his role as a #girldad to his daughters, and his hopes for getting his books made into a animated short film and his continued efforts to impact the kids in the inner-city through his basketball camps, his essay writing competition and impact of exercise and nutrition on the youth growing up in todays society.
