Girl, We Need to Talk about Midway-

Midway is the 2019 movie about the crucial World War II battle and the leaders and sailors who fought in it. It is actually a remake of the 1976 film of the same name-which neither of us knew about until recording this episode!

Join us as we discuss the premise of the film, the actors, and more importantly the history of the events that shaped the rest of World War II after Pearl Harbor.

As always, there are laughs along the way- Krystle didn't quite grasp which movie we were doing at the beginning and of course, there's geography involved (how does one geograph?)
But we really wanted to focus on the reverence and meaningfulness of this film and the actual events it's based on.
