The BCS has taken a back seat since the CFP has been introduced, but the truth is, BCS bowls outside of the CFP still exist, only now they're considered part of the New Years Six. Starting with the Orange Bowl, the Vols best the Clemson Tigers, 31-14. Up next in the Sugar Bowl, Bryce Young and Alabama smoked Kansas State, 45-20. For the Cotton Bowl, Tulane beats USC in a nail-biter, and in the Rose Bowl Penn State beats Utah, 35-21. The Fiesta Bowl ends in heartbreak for the Michigan Wolverines after the TCU Horned frogs win the Fiesta Bowl, 51-45. And finally in the Peach Bowl, UGA wins 42-41 against OSU after Noah Ruggles misses the winning FG as time expires. The final dance will feature TCU and UGA. Tune in.
