Victoria is an LA native and has been performing under the name Black Monroe since 2013. She recently created the garage pop persona Stiletto Falsetto in 2020! Prior to Black Monroe she performed as Early Bizrd and the Bees, and other bands she's played with include Los Larks, Sadie & The Blue Eyed Devils, and sang background for Steady 45's.
