Andrew Hilbert and I once tried launching a podcast called THE TACO SUMMIT back in 2018, which would involve us eating tacos with special guests around Austin, TX and talking about writing. We managed to record exactly one episode before throwing in the towel (with special guest Trey Hudson!).
