Plans crystalized for WWE's final pay-per-view of the pandemic era as SmackDown and Raw built towards Hell in a Cell this week. Host Adam Silverstein and co-host Chris Vannini open with The Main Event where they discuss the end game for the Roman Reigns storyline with The Usos [7:40], which again took up half of Friday's show, and whether Kofi Kingston is indeed headed for a second WWE championship push at Money in the Bank, SummerSlam or both after the end of the Bobby Lashley-Drew McIntyre feud [24:40].
