We try to use actual trial records and motions to explain how a verdict is reached in cases that surprise people, and to highlight some lesser known cases. We also like to talk about bail, criminal justice reform, juvenile justice, etc. We think we are kind of funny some days, and hope you do, too. Other days, we're pretty angry, and we hope you are, too. This is unedited and low-fi, so if you're skilled in sound engineering or production, we'll probably drive you crazy (apologies in advance.)
