Will Kirby at Getahead - Behind The Curtain is joined by Jon Salmon for the latest interview. Jon has been involved with Getahead since the very early days, speaking at several of their events. He's had a successful career, creating an award-winning production studio, is a pioneer of live-streaming from festivals, and co-founded branded entertainment agency Byte Entertainment. 

He is also a passionate mental health campaigner, something driven by his own experiences, losing his father to suicide as a teenager, being sectioned in the late 90s, and then hiding this fact from his friends for nearly 20 years, until another suicide made him reassess, with an unexpected chance to speak on a platform provided by the Royal Family led him to his mental health campaigning.

We sat down and discussed his life and work, how he balances these things with a family and his own needs, what techniques he uses to get the most out of life and avoid falling into old traps, the importance of running to him, his passion for music, and much more.
